No — asking customers for honest reviews is explicitly permitted by Google. What’s not allowed is incentivising reviews (offering discounts or gifts in exchange) or posting fake reviews. My system sends genuine follow-up requests to real customers after their experience, which is fully compliant with Google’s review policies.
I can’t guarantee removal — only Google decides. However, I identify reviews that clearly violate Google’s policies (fake reviews, spam, off-topic content, reviews from non-customers) and file well-documented removal requests. My success rate on clear policy violations is strong. Reviews that are simply negative but genuine cannot be removed.
