You receive a full monthly report on the same date each month. In addition, keyword rankings are tracked weekly and you can check live rankings at any time. For clients on active link building campaigns, a separate monthly link report is also delivered.

Reports pull data from Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs (rankings and backlinks), Screaming Frog (technical health) and a dedicated rank tracker for daily keyword position monitoring. All data is verified against multiple sources before being included.

Yes — I’ll need Viewer access to your Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console accounts. I can also set these up for you if they aren’t already configured. GA4 and GSC are the source of truth for organic traffic and conversion data, so they’re essential for accurate reporting.

I typically track between 50–200 keywords depending on the retainer tier. These are split into primary target keywords (the ones we’re actively building towards) and secondary monitoring keywords (competitors and related terms). All keyword sets are agreed with you upfront.

Yes. For clients running both SEO and Google Ads through me, I provide a combined organic + paid performance report. This shows the full search channel picture — organic rankings alongside ad impression share, cost-per-lead and ROAS in one unified view.

Always. If rankings dropped, traffic declined or a strategy didn’t work, the report says so directly — with an explanation of why and what’s being adjusted. Hiding bad months is how agencies lose clients. Honest reporting is how I keep them long-term.
